What are your Delivery charges?
We offer standard delivery – Royal Mail, Tracked / Signed For
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We are currently exploring that option, but unfortunately our delivery is limited to the UK only.
What is your returns policy?
All returns must be made within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product and returned items must be securely wrapped and packaged.
The returned product must be unused, in its original, unopened packaging with labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible.
Refunds will be including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
